ah ok. So, when I look at the triggers, I noticed you only have one trigger. My guess is if they select 1 then it goes to slide layer Option 1, and if they select 2 then they go to slide layer Option 2. If that is the case, then the button (in this case, it is Text Box 2) is only going to slide layer Option 1.

I am able to access them.

Thanks for sharing your file and that extra detail! It sounds like your slide properties window is undocked. Here's how you can redock it:
You can also redock all panels at the same time, go to the View tab on the Storyline ribbon and click Redock All Windows.
