Slide template won't download

When I try to download a template or character from the content library, I'm getting an error message that says "The template download did not complete successfully.  Please check you connection to Articulate 360 and try again."  I don't use templates that often, but I've used them successfully before.  Any ideas?  I am connected to the internet - I can open anything else without any issues.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue and I'm happy to help troubleshoot. First, you'll want to open port 443 and enable the network endpoints listed in this article. You may need the help of your IT team to do this!

What version of Storyline are you using? I recommend updating the Articulate App following these instructions. I found a similar case in our system, and updating the app solved the issue.
