Slider function not working on mobile devices

Hi,

We have  created a course where customers can user a slider to indicate their answers. Over the slides the scores build up and are added up to provide a final count and feedback on the results slide.

This functionality works perfect on a desktop but on mobile devices the slider function won't work. You can not control the slider to move it along to your chosen score.

Can you offer any suggestions on how to fix this?

Many thanks

  • Hi Marie,

Thanks for contacting us and sharing what you are experiencing with your content on a mobile device.

I see that you were able to chat with or support team as well and Darrell is working with you directly.

      Hello Chris!

I'm happy to help. This issue was originally logged for the slider function not working when publishing to Review 360 and viewing the Review link on a mobile device. Is that what you're running into as well?

As a workaround, we recommend viewing the Review link on a desktop to make sure the full functionality of the slider is available to the reviewer.

We are prioritizing other bug fixes for upcoming releases, but if this bug is added to an upcoming update, I'll be sure to update you in this discussion.

        Hi
I thought it was a bug but in this instance it was me. My slider button was just not big enough for a finger tip to locate.
Hence, when someone tried to use the slider the whole page would.

Once I tripled the size of the button it worked fine

        All the best
