I'm experimenting with an interaction involving a few sliders, where the user is asked to move each slider until the thumb is set at a certain value. I'd like to have the slider value displayed 'live' as a Reference which I've inserted into a table on the same slide, but this only seems to show the starting value of each slider and does not change as the sliders are moved.
I've realised what I've done, and it's a very stupid mistake! When I inserted the Reference, I used the format eraser to clear the yellow background that appeared with it, not realising that this background only appears during construction to signify that a variable is being referenced!
I've re-inserted my References and it works a treat.
