Snap to other objects alignment bug

Hi all,

I've been having a strange problem for a few years now which I cannot decide if it is a problem with my computer or Storyline. I find that when I drag a text box or shape around a slide and snap it to another object then sometimes it will then be difficult to align later.

I've attached a storyline file with a couple of bugged objects to show what I mean. Please note that this only happens when moving the object 1 pixel at a time using your keyboard. If you adjust the X or Y coordinates in the ribbon then it actually fixes it.

I often see this problem with rectangles with 1 pixel borders as well. They get a little blurry and are difficult to align.

Does anyone else have this problem? I've only seen it in Storyline.
