I wanted to edit the player properties but I'm unable to open the "Player" option. When I click the Player, nothing happens. Is that anything to do with Flash?
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing. It looks like you nailed the culprit. Storyline 2 relies on Flash to operate. We ended support for this product in January 2021. You can read all of the details in this article:
