I'm creating a matching question using the dropdown format. The slide contains nine items and I noticed that in each dropdown menu, the order of the answers is different. Unfortunately the client also noticed this and asked that the shuffled answers appear in the same order in each dropdown on that slide. Can anyone tell me if this is possible? Thanks in advance...

The matching drop-down form-based question is automatically set to shuffle by default, and that's not an option that can be turned off.
I'd recommend taking a look at freeform questions, as they will give you more flexibility on a custom design for your client.
