Well, if this isn't frustrating I don't know what is.
When opening Storyline 360 it closes down by itself after it loads up.
I open the program and after it loads up it takes about 5-10 seconds and then the spin wheel comes up and the application closes all by itself with no error or warning. I can open a project, and it loads but within the first 10 seconds, the program automatically closes down. I have reverted to older versions with no luck. I am having the same problem with both of my machines. Our account is active and renews on Feb of '24. I am an admin for our account. PLEASE HELP!
