Storyline Course Not Playing in LMS

My colleague and I both use Storyline, but his courses are not playing in our LMS (SumTotal).  It looks like it is going to launch, but it never actually does.  It just says to "wait while it loads."  I have taken his SL file and published the course myself, uploaded it, and it still does the same thing.  Every other course I've published and uploaded before and after has worked.  He created the course from an imported PPT, so I took just the PPT and imported it into my SL, and again, it worked fine when I published and uploaded it to the LMS.  Our zip files look the same.  I just cannot figure this out and wanted to see if anyone hear had an answer.
