I'm using Storyline 360 to create individual screen capture recordings. I want to export these screen capture recordings to video. I was unable to use the single file or single scene option. It crashed the software. I then divided out all videos into individual files. Attempted again and it crashed the software.
Each "project" has a single slide that only contains the video recording. Each recording is no more than 5 minutes. I checked the Storyline system requirements and my system exceeds all those requirements.

Are you receiving an error message when Storyline crashes? If so, it'd be helpful if you could provide a screenshot or details of what it says.
Are you experiencing crashing only after capturing screen recordings, or is this happening when trying to use other features?
