I'm so sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue and understand how frustrating this can be. I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have a few questions to start.
- Are you receiving an error message when Storyline crashes? If so, it'd be helpful if you could provide a screenshot or details of what it says.
- Are you experiencing crashing only after capturing screen recordings, or is this happening when trying to use other features?
- Are you working on and saving to your local hard drive?
One thing you can try is doing a Storyline repair, which usually fixes the problem. If the issue persists, please let me know here or privately in a support case so can investigate further!
