Storyline (not loading pptx, Not uninstalling, Stopping my ability to change PowerPoint to custom sizes)

I'd love to get some help with these issues.

My updated version of Storyline does the following.

1. Stops me from changing my PowerPoint custom sized pages/slides. When I uninstall SL my PowerPoint works fine.

2. Won't load PowerPoint files consistently. If I reinstall it does first time. If I try a second time it fails/stalls.

3. When I try uninstalling it on a fresh reboot I get this message. "Storyline is running. Please close Storyline before uninstalling Storyline 360.

I have no idea where to start to fix my issues. Has anyone else had this type of problem?
