I am working in Storyline, trying to publish a content I made edits to and it just opens a blank, clear screen and won't let me do anything. I have tried closing and reopening it and the same thing is occurring. It also won't let me make edits to the player.

As a first step, I recommend updating/double-checking that you have Storyline 360 (Build 3.66.28355.0) running on the latest version. Here's how:
