Player navigation of storyline 360 output is truncating on I-pad pro on portraited view. This truncation is appearing in all latest version of storyline from sept 30 to February. please help if any has solution how can we resolve this issue. I have attached the grab for references.
Thank you for sharing a screenshot! I see that you're hosting the course on a website and viewing the course using Safari as the browser. I've tested this on my end using an iPhone with iOS 15.1 and testing the course in Safari as well.
The latest iOS version for iPad Pros is now 15.3.1. I'd recommend updating to see if this issue still occurs when using the latest iOS version. If you aren't comfortable updating your iPad, you might consider using a different browser.
I've added a screen recording of how the seekbar appears on my iPhone. Please keep us updated with your findings!
