Storyline Record Screen

Hello, 

I am working on a project involving systems training. I am using the Record Screen > Step by Step Slides > Test mode steps to record specific interactions on the system and allow the learner to perform these tasks. This works all fine.

My question: The same system has an iOS version running on ipads. How can I record the interaction from the ipad and insert in into the Storyline project to give the the same experience as the test mode I recorded on the MS Windows version? 

I don't believe Storyline is available on iOS so my thoughts are to record the interaction on ipad and insert it into Storyline as a video, but I will lose the interactive element of the learners being able to perform the tasks.

Is there another way of doing this?
