Hello!

You can create ungraded questions using freeform questions! The scoring setting can be set to "None" when building freeform questions which is not available with form-based questions. Here are the steps:

  1. Click the Slides tab
  2. Click Freeform Question
  3. Build & insert your question slide
  4. Click the Question Tools -Design tab
  5. Click the drop-down next to Score and choose None

Hi again!

I'm glad I helped you out!

Entering correct and Incorrect feedback isn't located in the Question Tools-Design tab. You can create that in the question slide. The easiest way to do that is using Form View. Here are the steps:

  1. After creating your question, click Form View which is in the Questions palette on the right side of your screen.
  2. Then Feedback appears at the bottom of the screen which can be changed to whatever you like!

Hopefully, I'm 2 for 2!

Hello,

If you'd like to give different feedback for correct and incorrect answers, you can do this by directly editing the 'Correct' and 'Incorrect' layers on your question slides. Here's an example of me changing the text for the 'Incorrect' layer:

Here's a helpful article on working with Feedback layers in Storyline 360:

Hope this helps!
