You can create ungraded questions using freeform questions! The scoring setting can be set to "None" when building freeform questions which is not available with form-based questions. Here are the steps:
Entering correct and Incorrect feedback isn't located in the Question Tools-Design tab. You can create that in the question slide. The easiest way to do that is using Form View. Here are the steps:
After creating your question, click Form View which is in the Questions palette on the right side of your screen.
Then Feedback appears at the bottom of the screen which can be changed to whatever you like!
I see how to change the feedback at the bottom of the screen. But how do you give different feedback depending on whether the question was answered correctly or incorrectly?
If you'd like to give different feedback for correct and incorrect answers, you can do this by directly editing the 'Correct' and 'Incorrect' layers on your question slides. Here's an example of me changing the text for the 'Incorrect' layer:

I'm trying to create knowledge check questions for learners to check their knowledge, without having them graded. However, there needs to be different feedback for correct vs incorrect answers.
You can create your own feedback. Show layer Correct if the answer is A, and show Incorrect if it is not. Another option is to use a graded slide, but not a result slide (don’t report it.) The feedback layers are there, but nothing else happens with the grade.

I have a question about Freeform Questions. How can you provide correct and incorrect feedback? I only see one option for entering feedback text.

There are correct and incorrect feedback layers in the question slides. After the user submits their answer your feedback will automatically.
When I set Score to None, the correct and incorrect feedback layers aren't there anymore.

Hello!
I'd like to ask you a follow-up question so we can get you the best solution possible. What are you trying to accomplish with the ungraded questions?

Thanks, I created feedback of my own.
Also, it looks like you can't create a multiple choice question using the Freeform Question option. Is this correct?
