Storyline Video Issues

Hi, I need some help/advice please!
I have created a course using a video at the start of the course...I wanted the course to open up automatically when in the LMS rather than having that black screen with the big play button over the top.
So, I have added in a page before the video that automatically goes to to the next page...the video has been set to play automatically but will not play until clicked twice (no idea why because I have not set any triggers)...I then added in a trigger to play it when timeline starts to see if that would work, same issue.
Am I doing something wrong and will I have to stick to black screen with the play button?
Any help is very very welcome!

The user needs to click something to let the browser know that it's okay to play the media.

Welcome to HTML5, Daniel. And be advised that even with a click, there's no guarantee that videos will play on a subsequent slide. Most of the time they will, but occasionally they just sit there frozen. It's most likely to happen with Safari browsers. We a add a trigger to each video clip so that if the video is clicked, it reloads the slide. This usually solves it, although many people won't think to try that.
