The folder name in the message is based on the title of your course. There is something in the title that is interfering with the publishing process.
I had a similar problem. This has to do with the recent update, which includes no longer putting "- Storyline output" at the end of the folder name for the published course. However, that means that other characters in the title might mess things up.
In my case, the project's title ended in three periods (...). When I removed those, publishing worked just fine.
In other cases I saw, the titles had a space at the end. Removing that space fixed the problem.
There may be other special characters (possibly "&") that might interfere.
So edit your title and that should fix the problem.
