Storyline1: Action Fine Tuning not working?

Hi, Bryan -- Can you please confirm that you are working locally? If you are working on a network drive, you may experience the inability to save changes. 

I am also facing same issue , when I go for auto fine tunning for  editing workflow recording .it don't work and the software hangs , with application not responding. Attaching the Issues.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing in your project file. It's hard to tell what's happening based on the images shared.

I'm curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?

• If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise you to import the file into a new one and proceed.
• If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.

I've spent the last hour or so on this same problem. I'm on a brand new Surface (OS 11) and I made sure all files are on the C drive. I also reinstalled Storyline 360. I have changed the beginning and end of an Action over and over and over and over and to no avail. I thought maybe the file was corrupted (because yesterday it crashed and I lost work) so I tried working on it in another file (the original that was sent to me by the client) but it didn't make an difference. Please advise. Software simulation is central to the project I'm working on and I need to be able to move my in and out points. 

On that note, I wish scrub worked in software simulations and I wish there was a cut tool like what you find in video softare.
