Tab into text entry

Good morning,
I'm trying to find out if there is an option to trigger an event using TAB key on a text input.(image examp.png)
What I'm trying to accomplish is when the user tabs into the text entry, i want the frame that holds the text entry to change back to normal.

I can make the frame that holds the text entry to change state only AFTER i TAB OUT, but i want it to change its state the moment i TAB INTO the text entry. (image examp2.png)

Because what happens is if the user have any state like the question mark in the image and tabs into the text entry, the question mark won't go away until the user tabs out of the current text entry to the next text entry.  (image examp1.png)
