"The file ..... may have been changed by another user since you last saved it"
When working on a file, when I save it, the message "The file ..... may have been changed by another user since you last saved it" appears with the options " Save a Copy" "Overwrite" and "Cancel". Then I save with "Overwrite" option. After that the Storyline tools don't work anymore, when I open a tools tab I can't click on them. I've tried installing Articulate 360 and Storyline several times and the problem doesn't resolve. Has anyone experienced something similar and could help me?

Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive as it can cause erratic behavior. If it's a local drive, but also syncing with a service such as OneDrive or Dropbox, it can cause a similar effect as a network drive.
If this is not your scenario, can you share the .story file with our support team through a case?
