the storyline installation folder contents appear to have been moved renamed or deleted

there is no attachment. If you are replying via email the attachments don't  work - you'll need to come into the forum and use the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button at the bottom of the post

Looks like you also popped into this thread where I responded, so feel free to follow those steps and let us know if you still need help. 

I had the same problem. Even though I have enough space, the error 80070643 appeared while I was trying to install SL. In my case, I solved the problem deleting every folder related to storyline in my disk. After doing that I could install it with no problem.
