Transcript features: clickable and variable

Very excited to see the new transcript feature in Storyline, but there's a couple of features I thought would be available that I can't find and are limiting its usefulness for me. 

Firstly I want the transcript to be clickable so that learners can use it to navigate longer videos, like in Microsoft Stream. Am I missing a setting somewhere or is this not a feature?

Also, there isn't a variable in the list that lets me turn it on by default. Player.DisplayCaptions is in the list for Closed Captions but not a corresponding Player.DisplayTranscript.

I don't think many of my learners will spot the transcript button in the toolbar so I'd rather it be on by default; the X at the top right of the Transcript will be intuitive for many people as a method of closing it if they don't want it showing.
