I have created a demo of the issue that I am having. On the first slide, I have 5 interactive boxes that I would like my learners to view. To that end, the 'Next' button is not intended to to be active until the learner has clicked on all 5 of the boxes.
Currently, the next button does change its state to active after all of the boxes have been viewed, but it will not send the learner to the next slide on click.

Thank you for sharing your demo .story file!
I noticed that you have a trigger that changes the Next button to active, but you don't have a Jump to slide trigger connected to that button.
I added it for you in the attached .story file.
