Unable to download from the Content Library

Hi, 

I am able to view the resources on the Content Library but whenever I try to download anything, I receive an error message saying unable to download.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue, and I'm happy to help troubleshoot. First, I'd like to confirm that the network endpoints are enabled. You may need help from your IT team on this! Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's allowlist.
