Hello. For some reason, I'm unable to publish a video (mp4 file) which I've inserted into one slide. It plays fine when I go to edit it but when I Preview the project prior to publishing it only displays a blank white screen. I've even tried Publishing and it still displays a blank screen when I review the project. Any insight on this will be helpful.
