Using Vyond still characters with Articulate Storyline

Hi there, my colleague recently found this in the Vyond terms of service (see attached). 

Just wondering, is it therefore against Vyond's terms of service to add Vyond still characters to anything outside a Vyond video, including Articulate Storyline interactions? 

Any further light shed on this would be much appreciated.
