Hi everyone! I am looking but cannot find any information on this thus far: is there a variable that someone can suggest which would populate a text box with whatever input the learner enters into a text entry box?
When you insert an text-entry box, Storyline automatically creates a variable to store the entry. The first one is called TextEntry. Then any subsequent ones are TextEntry1, TextEntry2, etc.
You can show that value on any slide by inserting a reference to the variable. To do that, you can type the variable name surrounded by percent symbols (e.g., %TextEntry%). Or just insert the reference using the ribbon:
