I have a video that is 2.5 minutes long. It has closed captioning. I turned on the option to show the video controls, but they are not showing. What do I need to do to make them show? Thank you!
I have a 4.5 minute video, and it's the only slide in the course. I selected to display CC from the Player options. However, the CC button does not show when I play the course. I've attached 2 images - one showing CC is selected and the other showing how the CC button is now showing in the course. Can you help? ASAP?

how did you insert the video?
Is the video sized to take up the whole slide?
The story size is 1278 x 720 with the 16 x 9 aspect ratio.
Can you screenshot the slide from the edit view and show the video options
