I'm having some trouble publishing a course that contains videos. Whilst the vidoes play just fine in preview mode, whenever I publish to LMS or CD or Review360 the videos are cut in half.
The video in question is roughly a minute long and mp4 format, so it's not like it's a huge presentation.
In the past I have sort of fixed this by lowering the video quality - but was hoping there was a better solution to this.
I appreciate you chiming in and sharing what you are experiencing with your published project.

Thank you for your reply. Im just going to double check I can send this over.
It seems like an issue with the export, sometimes it exports fine but every so often it will happen.
