Can anyone help me to change videos that are inserted from defaulting to show until end of slide (or how to get them to be the real length). Each time I insert one if defaults to that and when I unclick that option it still shows till the end of the slide. So then I have to manually edit the video to see its length, then go and set the time to be that exact length etc - such a pain but I must be doing something wrong as I don't see a lot of complaints on here about it?
If you insert a video, then immediately right click on it on the timeline, then select "Timing".
Untick the "Show until end of slide" checkbox and it should revert back to it's native length.
Make sure to do this as soon as you import the video, as if you move it on the timeline or make any other adjustments before you try this, it won't work.
You can then move it along the timeline to adjust it's start/end point after.

There's a weird solution to this one.
