Weird Bug - Anyone Else Experience This?

Hi all, I have opened a ticket with support for this already, but I keep hoping it's a setting or something I can change on my own. 

If I build a course with any new version of Articulate, there is a weird bug if I use a screen reader to view the course. See attached screenshot for what hidden information gets read. This happens with NVDA, JAWS (I'm on 2020) and Windows Narrator. 

I can't be the only one experiencing this. Anyone else? Here's a sample course built in the most recent version of Storyline. If you have any screenreader, I'd love your feedback.
