I have a Storyline 360 slide to which I've added an html animation created in Adobe Animate. When I publish and play the slide in Review 360, a 1/2 second of white space is shown before the animation begins. At first, I thought, no problem. I placed a graphic of the first frame of the amination on the slide. Now, the graphic shows up f0r a 1/2 second, I get a 1/2 second of white space and the animation plays.
Anybody know what causes this? Or better yet, how to make it stop?
