End user licence agreement template

Hi

We're almost ready to launch our  business including 18 Rise courses to our B2B customers. However, I need to have an end user licence agreement in place for them to sign before we give them seats. Before, I attempt to create one, I wondered if anybody had one they would mind sharing and that I can then adapt to suit our business.
