Guidelines for bolding and other formatting

Hi Everyone,

In this company they have PowerPoint decks that become the content for Storyline.  The PowerPoint decks have notes in them, and the Notes Page view is then saved as a PDF and used as training material.

I'm looking for guidelines on when to bold text in the note and when to use other formatting.
