Based on the book The Accidental ID by Cammy Bean, the author mentioned that in general, there are 3 main reasons for learning experiences: raising awareness, developing knowledge and skills, and changing behavior. I am a novice instructional designer and have worked on some online and onsite courses targeting the last two types. I haven't worked on any course or program to raise awareness before and would like to know if there are any useful tips, advice, or frameworks for that.

One thing that stands out is tailoring your course to specific audiences. She even provides a link to another example on the same topic but for a different audience so you can see the different approaches. Hopefully, that sparks some ideas!
