<a href... linking to existing lesson pages
Hi, I'm loving the inclusion of the Code block.
I'd like to be able to link out from it to specific pages/lessons within the course - but to do that I'd need to know the relative URL of that page/lesson.
If I've missed something and it's obvious, please let me know, or if it's a feature that's missing, then please take this as a request.
Doing so would help stream learning based on learner choices towards the start of the course, which could be captured and managed through a code block.
Many thanks :-)

Hi John,
I would love to link to relative lesson URLs too! I'd also like to jump to specific page elements.
Button stacks are great, but the take up so much space. The repetition gets annoying when you have more than three buttons. Also, users expect certain functionality. Buttons complete an action, that's why they have labels like 'continue' and 'submit'. When users see a link, they expect it to open the page in its label. The ability to link to course pages and elements would also be helpful for accessibility. It would reduce the amount of scrolling necessary, and direct focus better. After all, some links are more important than others. Stack buttons attract attention, but they lose impact when there are too many.
Accessing relative URLS would open up so many possibilities, like:
- Page footers with links to helpful info
e.g. Help page, Frequently asked questions, Glossary, Additional resources, etc. - Link clusters
e.g. Policy and procedure links, topic areas in user guides, etc. - Anchor links
To help users navigate pages that are long, outline detailed steps in a process, have multiple examples, or specific use cases.
Being able to reference relative URLs would make Rise an even better tool for creating help guides and user manuals. With the new Code Block feature, we could create beautiful and responsive layouts that let users decide how to navigate content.
