Problem
New employees at Smart Petting need a consistent and efficient way to learn store policies, product knowledge, and customer care. In-person training is often inconsistent, time-consuming, and disrupts store operations.
Solution
I created a digital onboarding course using Rise 360 with custom Storyline blocks. The course delivers:
- Interactive, scenario-based learning
- Step-by-step onboarding structure
- Custom blocks for engagement and practice
- Flexible, self-paced training for all locations
Outcome
This program ensures every new hire gains the knowledge, confidence, and customer service skills to uphold Smart Petting’s standards while providing excellent care for both pets and customers.

That worked! Thanks. You've got a lot of nice things going on in your course. The dog image behind the sorting activity looks so good! And yes, this is so simple but it's a fantastic use of cusotm blocks to reinforce what learners should know.
