“Refresh and Try Again” error message

For the last two days, I have been receiving a “Refresh and Try Again” error message while working on a current project in Rise 360.

The issue occurs when I attempt to:

Move learning blocks to a new location within a lesson
Create new learning blocks

When this happens, my changes either revert back to their original locations or fail to save properly. In some cases, newly created blocks remain in the lesson, but they revert back to the default/generic style formatting.

At this point, the issue is making it difficult to continue development within the course.

I wanted to check whether this is a known issue that has already been reported, and if a fix may already be in progress.
