.Swf (without Background) to Mp4

Hi Friends,

We have created one e-Learning module in 2004. We have used lip movement characters with swf files, so as you know present flash files are not working. In swf files there is no background, those files are converted mp4 format, but background came in mp4 format. The present challenge is we need to mp4 format without background.

Any suggestions?
