Hi, I'm also having this issue still, even after the latest update. It's a huge issue as the course needs to be tabbable and it forms the main menu. I tested it before with five hotspots and it worked. I've now got seven hotspots and it doesn't.
Ok, I've found a solution. I wouldn't call it a fix because it makes no sense. I tried arranging the markers near each other and in sequence left to right. Made no difference. So I tried mixing them up. Gradually after multiple attempts it would tab to more and more until I got it to tab to all seven of them, why? I don't know.
This is the order of my markers:
6,4,1,2,3,7,5
