360 Degree Image Accessibility

Hi, I have an accessibility issue with 360 degree images and hotspots. I have a 360 formatted jpg that I inserted and I added 4 hotspots with labels that tell the user whether the hotspot is correct ...

Hi, having fixed the tabbing issue by rearranging my hotposts. I now have the issue that when returning to the 360 image the tabbing doesn't work. In some instances I can Shift Tab to get it unstuck but other times it's completely locked to tabbing. The only way to solve this has been to set the slide to intital state when revisiting. The problem with this is that the pulses all reset so the user has no idea what they have clicked on. This is such a great visual interaction it's a shame it's not been made fully accessible. I really don't want to have to make another menu just for tabbing

    I'm sorry to hear that you've run into this setback!

    We're still tracking the Storyline bug causing inconsistent Tab Focus cycling and Hotspot navigation for 360-degree images in Storyline. I've included you in the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready. As a workaround, spacing the Hotspots further apart can temporarily improve the Tab Focus issue.
