360 Issues: Issue #2 Blurry Screen Recordings

Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior. A common cause for blurry screen recordings in Storyline 360 is a mismatch between the resolution of the screen recording and the slide size that your project uses. As I said, "try all the options and when that fails". That means that I have reviewed the article and many others to no avail. Unfortunately, I am within a facility that will not allow for our CBT content to be shared. So you will just have to take my word, that it is blurry and that I have followed best practices.
