508 Compliance for Published Files

Hi - I have to produce 508-compliant courseware.

When I publish, the ALT text I enter for the logo on the left rail is not published to the IMG tag.

When I publish, the VTT/Caption file attached to my embedded videos does not get placed in the <video> tag.

These things fail on compliance - do you have a fix that I can do to make my course compliant?
