533,000KB Storyline Not Publishing

Thanks so much for reaching out! I'm sorry you've run into this snag when attempting to publish your course. I understand how frustrating that can be!

The encoding process did take about 15-30min before publishing. That being said, I have a few follow-up questions regarding how you are publishing the file:

• Are you publishing locally (i.e. to your C: drive)?
• Have you recently rebooted your computer?  (Windows can be in a strange state if left running for too long.)
• Additionally, could you please check your specs against the minimum System Requirements for Storyline 360? 

Finally, please feel free to share your .story file with us in this thread or privately in a support case. I'd like to take a closer look and try and replicate this on my end.

Oh thank you - we just figured it out! The snag occurred as there was a large set of embedded videos. I did not realize that and why it took forever to upload and then publish. I even assumed that I looped the storyline. But its the embedded videos.
