Storyline Publishing Problems

Hello,

Since updating Storyline, I haven't been able to export a Word version of my training. It goes through a process and when I click view document or open the file folder, nothing happens. I check the folder I told it to save to and there is nothing there. One time, it publishes a SCORM file instead of a word document. I dug through the folders to see if a document might be somewhere in there.

I am at a loss as this has never happened.

I've tried resaving the file to have a different name. Closing the program and reopening. Logging in and out. Turning my computer off and on.

I clicked the email option once and it emailed me an empty zip folder.
