A black cover page with play button - storyline 360
I have my storyline 360 course exported to web. A black cover page with a play button appeared but it didn't happen when i exported to review. i have seen multiply discussion about this issue saying internet browsers don't allow media autoplay. however , i don't have any video/audio in the file. how can i fix the problem .

This looks like "Prompt to Resume" behavior because you have viewed this course before in the browser. In the Player in Storyline, you can choose always resume, never resume, or prompt to resume. If you want the course to always start over, switch it to Never Resume: https://community.articulate.com/articles/articulate-storyline-360-user-guide-how-to-change-the-resume-behavior
