A module that basically went poof and disappeared
Hi,
My client is working on a project and, after publishing one of her modules in Rise, it seems to have completely disappeared. It’s not in the Deleted folder (it’s been three days, so it should still be visible there), and it’s not in any shared folders. She also didn’t transfer ownership to anyone else. We’ve checked everywhere, and at this point she only has the SCORM version of the module.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue recently?

Sorry to hear your colleague is having trouble locating a Rise 360 course from their dashboard. That is definitely strange behavior!
Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've already tried. I've opened a support case on your behalf, so our support engineers can have a closer look at this issue.
