Access to a previous course in Rise
Someone created a Rise course and left our company. I am using the same rise account and I do not have access to the course and I only have access to the Scorm package. Will I be able to make changes in the course? Is there a way to have the course back into Rise?

The SCORM package cannot be edited.
How long ago did this person leave your company?
Do you know who the Articulate Account Administrator is for your company?
