Access to Rise course in new account
Hello Staff,
Actually I am facing one issue, I created my modules on Rise 360 with my previous account that is not working now and I have different account, in that I am unable to access my module...

Do you still have access to your old account?
If you do, you could email copies of your courses to the new account.

Hi Suman! I see that you already have an active Articulate 360 subscription. Please open a case with us and provide the email address from your old account so that you can be assisted in transferring your old courses to your new account.

I would like to thank you all for the help and suggestions, as I created the case and in very short time I get the emails from the staff to solve the problem. Thank you so much and have great day.
